The Valeo Annemasse production site is made up of 2 production teams. For each team, an operator on an electric tractor transports the trucks from the logistics area to the production area.

Transporting with an electric tractor can be beneficial compared to manual transport of the trolleys. But this mode of operation is not the most optimized. Noiseless because they are electric and driven by humans, these tractors are frequently source of accidents and do not guarantee the safety of employees.

To improve its processes, Valeo has implemented Isitec International’s AGV Train. AGVs do not have a driver, so the operators are assigned to tasks with higher added value. Equipped with multiple detection tools, the AGV ensures the safety of employees in all circumstances
